    J’s Sports Bar & Grill is proud to present Karaoke Idol!

    The contest will feature the best singers in Lake County.  Those who qualify will be competing for paid bar tabs, bragging rights and a grand prize of $1,000!

    Details:

    • 6 chances to qualify at each of the four venues
    • Top 3 contestants each night qualify for the SEMI-FINALS
    • BRING YOUR FRIENDS & FANS – Winners determined by audience participation & crowd reaction.
    • All qualified contestants MUST BE PRESENT for each elimination round to continue eligibility.

    Finals are September 28th and will include a judging panel along with audience participation.

    Must be 21 or older to compete    .

    Cash Prizes:

    • 1st place: $1,000
    • 2nd place: $400
    • 3rd place: $250
    • 4th place: $150
    • 5th place: $100
    • 6th thru 9th place will receive $25.00 gift certificates

    Wassup Magazine is a Free MONTHLY local lifestyle magazine that can be found in just about any bar in Lake County, IL.  Join us September 22 for food, fun, and giveaways.

    Gary and Ron were the first to create Elder Chaos. After a year or so of searching for a bass player to complete the band, Tim came along to fill the void and take over lead vocal duties as well. Dave on guitar and Hoss taking over on bass guitar has helped continue to round up their sound. The name changed slightly by suggestion and the current members Ron(Bud), Gary, Tim, Dave, and Hoss now form what is known as Elder Kaos.
